This module strengthens participants’ ability to provide compassionate, culturally responsive psychosocial support while navigating the ethical complexities of serious illness and dying. Grounded in core ethical principles—autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, justice—participants learn to communicate with honesty, protect trust, honor patient values and choices, and advocate for equitable, comfort-focused care for both patients and families.
